Minor Flood Warning for the Thomson and Barcoo Rivers and Cooper Creek

MINOR FLOODING OCCURRING AT STONEHENGE, JUNDAH, RETREAT AND ESTIMATED AT WINDORAH
The main flood peak is now expected to be along the Cooper Creek downstream of Windorah, where minor flooding is estimated to be easing.
Further upstream along the Thomson River, a second flood peak is approaching Stonehenge where minor flooding is expected to be occurring. As these floodwaters continue to move downstream, renewed rises are likely at Judah and downstream locations from around midweek.
Along the Barcoo River, there is a flood peak currently around Retreat, where minor flooding is occurring.
Thomson River
Moderate flooding is occurring with renewed rises along the Thomson River at Bogewong. Minor flooding is occurring at Stonehenge. Renewed minor flooding is likely at Jundah.
Barcoo River downstream of Isisford
Minor flooding is occurring at Retreat.
Cooper Creek
Minor flooding is expected to be easing along Cooper Creek.
